Toxic People - Dr. Sidney W. Langston

Toxic people and relationships abound.  This workshop identifies traits and habits of toxic people and teaches attendees to set appropriately firm boundaries.  Attendees will also assess their own behavior for toxicity and learn what they can do to develop healthy relationships.
