Questions Pertaining to your Order

 

Can I track my order?

  While your order is processing you will receive an e-mail notifying you when your item/s have shipped. Unfortunately once your order has shipped via USPS there is no way to track the shipment. Depending on the type of shipping method you chose at checkout you can expect your package to arrive anywhere from 3-12 days after shipment.

 

If the item/s I purchase are on Backorder how long will it take before I get my item?

 Depending on the reason for Back order, ie; Distributor is out of stock, it could take 1 or more weeks for your shipment to be sent. Unfortunately there is no way to forsee exact dates when products will be sent. However, as soon as your backordered item is shipped an e-mail will be sent to you notifying you that your order is now in transit.

 

Will my shipment say anything about homosexuality on the packaging?

 All of our packaging is very discreet. Only the Exodus logo and name will appear on the outside of all mailings. You will not see anything about homosexuality on the packaging. However if you wish not to have the Exodus logo on the packaging please include a comment in your order requesting discreet packaging.

 

I am afraid to use my credit card online, but I don’t want to have to send a check in the mail and then wait for my order to be processed. Is there another option such as COD?

 Unfortunately we can not process orders COD, you must use either a credit card or check/money order to purchase your items. Please know that our online site is completely secure and is a safe place to do credit card transactions.

 

My order says it has shipped but it has been several days and I still have not received it. What should I do?

 Depending on the type of shipping you requested it should take anywhere from 3-12 days (for domestic shipments) for your items to reach your shipping address. However, if you selected media mail, it sometimes can take up to 4 weeks for items to reach their destinations. If you have not received your order after 30 days please contact the bookstore at 888-264-0877.

 

I have a family member/friend who struggles with this issue. Is it ok if I purchase materials and have them shipped directly to my friend/family member?

 Due to the nature of the resources sold through the bookstore we do not recommend sending items to friends or family members who may not be aware that they will be receiving such information. As a policy Exodus does not solicit our mailing to anyone who does not first contact our ministry. However because the bookstore is a retail site we can not limit shipments to the purchaser only. Please use discretion before sending any items third party. Also if items are sent third party and returned to us due to refusal to accept delivery or an invalid address we will be unable to provide a refund for the purchase.


My credit card did not get accepted at time of payment, why does this happen?

 Several factors are taken in to consideration before our verification company can process a request. The most common discrepancy that will prevent a credit card from being accepted is the billing address does not match. You can change this on the Verisign page upon checkout. If for some reason your credit card still does not get accepted you can choose to pay by check/money order. This will cause a delay in the shipment of your order since payment has to be received before items can be sent.

What book/s do you recommend?

   All resources on our site are carefully selected and highly recommended! Each resource listed on this site has a brief description, giving you a glimpse as to what the book is about and who the targeted audience is. Depending on the needs of your loved one many different titles may be a suitable choice. Some of the most recommended books are as follows;

 

 

 

 

 I can’t find the resource that I’m looking for on this site, where else should I look?

 If a resource is not listed on this site you might want to try Focus On The Family, or even some of the major online book stores like Barns & Noble. Both of these sites are good places to find additional resources. Please check back often as we will continuously be adding more resources.

 

General Bookstore Questions

 

I have a resource that I have written and I would like to see it made available through your site. How should I go about doing this?

 Due to the many requests we have been receiving to add book titles to our store we are unable at this time to make any formal decision about adding specific titles.  Please feel free to send a copy of your book/books for review to the following address. Exodus Books, PO Box 540119, Orlando, FL 32854. We will carefully consider all titles that are sent to us and make a decision upon a thorough review. However we may not be able to respond to all requests even after a review of the book has been made.  We definitely appreciate your enthusiasm in being a part of our new bookstore.

 When sending in your request, please provide the publisher information as well as contact information on where we can purchase the resource. If we do decide to add your resource to our site we will be in contact with the supplier for further arrangements.  Thank you so much for your understanding. 

 * Please note that all resources sent to us for review will not be returned and will therefore become the property of Exodus International. 

 

I really enjoyed the resources that I purchased and I would like to share my comments and or testimony with others. How do I go about doing this?

 You are more than welcome to send any and all comments to ExodusBooks via our e-mail bookstore@exodus.to. If you would like to send us your testimony, please send it to Exodus Books, PO Box 540119, Orlando, FL 32854. We will be compiling comments and reviews on the resources available through this site and hope to put some of them online for others to see in the near future.

 * Please note that all testimonies sent to the Exodus office are read and thoroughly reviewed. However this does not guarantee that we will be able to use your testimony in our monthly newsletter or printed on our website. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

 

Why do I have to create an account before I can purchase resources? 

 In order to best serve you we need to make sure that we have important information on hand before resources can be sent out. This will also provide you with an easy method of ordering new items in the future. Creating an account only takes place on your first visit to the bookstore.

 

Will my name be added to a mailing list?

 We respect the privacy of all individuals who visit our ministry and therefore do not solicit any unwanted mailings. We will not add your name or address to any of our mailing lists unless a request has been made either by telephone, online, or by mail. If for some reason your name does get added to a mailing list without your consent or you no longer wish to be on a mailing list please contact us immediately so we can remove you from future mailings.

 

 I used to be able to find many more resources through Regeneration Books. Why can I not find all of the same materials on your site?

 Exodus Books provides a very similar list of resources that Regeneration Books carried. Now that we have expanded our bookstore, there are a small number of resources formerly carried by Regeneration Books that we do not carry. We are in the process of researching and adding new titles to our bookstore monthly.  

 We will continue to update and improve our bookstore as time and finances allow. If you are in need of a specific resource that we do not carry please let us know so that we can add it to our list of resources to possibly carry in the future. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter as we continue to grow our bookstore.

 

I am an Exodus Member Ministry Leader/Director do I receive a special discount on resources purchased through this site?

  Yes, all of our member ministry leaders including those in the Exodus church network receive a discount. You must first contact the bookstore after setting up your online account and before placing your first order. Please contact the bookstore manager directly by sending an e-mail to bookstore@exodus.to, or by calling 407-599-6872.
