Your purchases will be shipped as soon as possible, typically within 3 business days of purchase. Shipment by Media Mail (the default) can take up to 2 weeks for delivery within North America. If quicker delivery is required, choose a faster shipping method and request expedited delivery in your order.
Returns
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee. No item may be returned after 30 days unless Exodus made an error in the shipment. If Exodus made an error in the shipment, the unopened item may be returned for full refund up to 60 days from delivery.
